Research Notes

Mary never married. She arrived Melbourne with her mother, Martha Sanders nee Ward, presumably after the death of her father William, who died at age of 55 yrs. She helped her sister Emily Rutherfurd with her family of six boys - Emily's husband died very young only 44 yrs.
