Franklin was born May 22, 1847 in Arkansas. He was the son of Milford Sanders and Elizabeth Newell. [1][2]
On August 23, 1903 he married Polly Ann Brawley in Reynolds County, Missouri. [3]
He passed away November 5, 1923 in St. Louis City, Missouri. [4] His death certificate indicates that he was buried at Gad's Hill, Wayne Co., Missouri. The specific cemetery of burial has not yet been located. [5]
