Unfortunately, it turns out that Lewis is not related to the Edward Saunders line. Lewis is related to the Sanders in group 17 of our surname project while Edward is related to group 39. In fact, it turns out that we also have a descendant of Jesse Saunders (1743-1809) and Ann Yancy.
