Richard was the 3rd son of Samual and Mary born, probably in Heskin Lancashire, about 1794. His Baptism is recorded 13 Feb 1795 • Chorley, St Laurence, Lancashire, England[1]
He Married Jennie (Jane) Houlding 8th July 1822 at St John in Preston Lancashire.
Emigrated to Canada in 1831.
