Aline Sandlin Williamson, 84, of Van Buren died Wednesday, April 23, 2014. She was born Aug. 27, 1929, in Talihina, Okla. She was the widow of Richard Bacon and Cecil Williamson. Funeral will be noon Monday at the U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith under the direction of Emerson Funeral Home in Jonesboro. She is survived by six children, Deloris Carnahan of San Antonio, Texas, Cynthia Jackson of North Little Rock, Terry Baker of Jonesboro, Melinda Neumann of Panama City, Fla., Michael Williamson of Tulsa and Bill Williamson of Austin, Texas; two sisters, Neoma O’Daniel of Talihina, Okla., and Sue Fry of Poteau; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Memorials may be made to the National Humane Society
