In 1910 Sally Mae age 16 Lived with her parents John W. Sandlin age 47 and Mother Georgiana (Dunn) Sandlin age 46 at Kenansville, Duplin, County North Carolina. Sallie's siblings were; Doctor Frank age 13, Louisana Ann age 9, George Waxel age 6, John Washington age 3 and James Benjamin age 0.
On 21 December 1913 Sally age 19 Married Ira Winders age 22 at Duplin County North Carolina.
In 1920 Sally age 25 was living with her husband Ira Winder age 30 at Rockfish Twp, Duplin, County North Carolina, Their Children Were; Irene Winder age 4 and Ruby Winder age 1.
