Elizabeth was born in 1766.
Elizabeth Sands married Thomas Hood on 29 August 1787 at St James Clerkenwell, Islington. The witnesses were James Sands and John Spense[1]

Elizabeth was the sister of an engraver, Robert Sands, who offered an apprenticeship to her son Thomas Hood (1799-1845). Robert Sands was from Sandhurst, Berkshire.
She passed away in 1821.
