Mary was born in Bridgwater, Somerset, England, either Jan 30 1630 or Feb 1635

Mary married Edward Turner 25 OCT 1656 in Boston, Suffolk, Massachusetts, USA[1][2]

Mary died Apr 4 1717 in Milford, New Haven, Connecticut

She is buried in Riverside Cemetery, Middletown, Middlesex, Connecticut [3]

Research Notes

Death Mar 24 1728 in Hartford, Connecticut is for a different Mary Nichols Turner, who was from Hartford area. [4] [5]

(1) "Thomas Turner was a merchant of Lansingburgh and Troy, and a lieutenant, in the War of 1812, in the 29th regiment U. S. Infantry, and served chiefly on Lake Champlain under General Wilkinson. His ancestor, Edward Turner, was in Boston in 1656, where he m. Mary, dau. of Richard Sanford."[6]

(2) Edward Turner. Savage says he married Oct. 25, 1656 to Mary, daughter of Richard Sanford of Boston. He went to Milford, Conn where his first three children were baptized. Elder. Wife admitted Feb. 16, 1662.
