Samuel was born 6 Feb 1785. He was the son of William Sanford and Hetty Stickney.[1]
Samuel Stickney Sanford and Almeda Smead were married 1 Dec 1819 in Salisbury, Vermont.[2] She was born 23 May 1803 and died 4 Dec 1846. She is buried in Hopkinton, New York.[3]
He moved from Middlebury, Vermont to Hopkinton, New York in 1826.[4]
He married second, unknown.
In 1859 he went to Wisconsin where his daugther Lucelia White lived, and later moved to Floyd County, Iowa where his son Egbert lived.[5]
