Billie was born in 1925.^[1]

She was a native of Slater, Fla., and a longtime resident of the Leesville-Vernon Parish. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Leesville since 1966, where she served as a volunteer with the Mental Health Clinic in Leesville.

She passed away in 2002.^{[2][3] [4]}
