He married Gracie Catherine Clayton on 03 Oct 1931.[1] By 1940, they were living in Bay County, Florida.[2]
Oscar served in the US Coast Guard during WWII.
When he passed away in 1956[3][4], he was buried in the Garden of the Last Supper, Tallahassee Memory Gardens, Tallahassee, Florida.[5] He is buried next to his wife and son. His grave marker has the inscription: Florida RELE US Coast Guard WWII. [6]
