In 1850 Mary and her husband Nathaniel are listed with the last name McCoyd, living in Putnam County, Indiana along with their 11 children. Though this record lists Mary are as born in Germany, which may have been a copying error for Guernsey.
and listed as the McCord family in 1860 in Pottawatomie County Iowa: Nathanial and Mary with their children Wesley, Sarah, Rachel and Mary.
She passed away in 1882.[1]
