BIOGRAPHY

For that burning question WHEN WAS DADDY REALLY BORN?

Social Security Social Security Application shows the birth year to be1934.
but the birth certificate shows it to be Nov. 1933. Also, his mother's maiden name is NOT listed, but the married name is.
Note here~his parent were married 1933.
His Military Discharge also shows the year of birth to be 1933 giving him the age of 18, when he WAS actually 17. This would make him a Veterans of Underage Military service,

Story has it, the birth certificate was changed to add a year to his age so he could go into the military. The birthdate wasn't asked for on the marriage license with 1rst wife Pat Andree-1 but did state to be age 19, which would place his birth year 1933. WONDERING if mamma knew? An added Note[1]

1940[2]Federal Census at age 5 was living with Uncle's house hold along with parents and sister. Lines 22-25
NOTE this is the first and only census you will find Jimmy in untill the 1950 census comes out publicly April 1, 2022
1960 comes out 2032
1970 comes out 2042
1980 comes out 2052
1990 comes out 2062
2000 comes out 2072
NOTE~this would be the last census, because of death in 2005

Did You Know? Unlike

World War II and Vietnam, the Korean War did not get much media attention in the United States. The most famous representation of the war in popular culture is the television series “M*A*S*H,” which was set in a field hospital in South Korea. The series ran from 1972 until 1983, and its final episode was the most-watched in television history.

James was in before this war and left the service after it ended. With the Vietnam War (November 1, 1955 – April 30, 1975) I had been told, momma got daddy to leave the service before this one started, with him getting out after I was born.

  1. ~story was some girl got pregnant and daddy was one of several who were accused of fathering...my grandparents had some kind of connections or pull and were able to alter his birth certificate. Back then the "doctoring" of these record were easy to do. Grandma's MARRIED name is on the copy of Dad's birth certificate.....and birth records ALWAYS show mother's maiden name!
