Biography

Martha Sargent is the daughter of Phillip Sargent and Martha (Hadley) Sargent. On February 13, 1753, Martha married John Quinby, III, son of John Quinby, Jr. and Mary (Bean) Quinby. [1]

Children of Martha and John are:

Moses Quinby, born September 29, 1755, married Hannah Kennedy;

John Quinby, IV, born April 29, 1757;

Jacob Quinby, born May 30, 1759;

Jemimah Quinby, born September 6, 1761;
