Aged 44 yrs. Henry Sater, Jr. signed the "Fundemental Agreement of 1776 which entitled his desendents to membership in all patrotic organizations,as this was acceptable military service. Henry died March 8,1788 at the Union Meeting House,Baltimore County, Maryland.
