Biography

The early years

Albert John Sauer was born on the 20th of August 1878^[1][2][3] In Ireton, Iowa to Henry Sauer^[3] and Lena House^[3].

It is not believed that he married, nor had children.

Through the years

In 1900^[4]

In 1918^[2] he confirmed that he was medium height, weight with blue eyes and brown hair. He was a self employed farmer at 3 Custer, Oklahoma. He listed his sister Louise Sauer Miller as his nearest relative.

In 1920^[5]

In April of 1942 he confirmed he was 5' 8, 158 pounds with gray eyes and hair and a light complexion. He was self employed at the time, and listed his sister, Mrs. John M Porter of Custer City has his closest family. His address was Box 118 Custer City, Oklahoma^[1]

Death

He died on the 6th of Jan 1951^[7] in Supply, Oklahoma^[7]

In Feb of 1954 his nephew Lowell Sauer would be appointed administrator of his estate^[8][7]

August G Sauer and George Sauer would petition the court, as Albert had died on the 6th of Jan in 1951, in Supply, Oklahoma but was a resident of Custer County. They requested that Lowell Sauer be named as the adminstrator

He housed House and lots, being East 35 feet of Lots One (I) and Two (2) and EAst one half of the lot three (30) all in block thirty nine(39). Estimated to have a value of $600. The remainder of his estate was about $285, Total disbursements were $735.32, as there was no balance left, the excess was paid by the heirs through the administrator.
