Biography
John Saunders was born in Ewhurst, and baptised in Heathfield on 28 November 1830, he was the son of Samuel Saunders and Sarah Leeves [1]
He married Sophia Cornwell in Hailsham district in 1851[2]
John passed away in Lambeth in 1918, he was 87 years old [3]
