Update: we have both been working on our trees! We were 40 ancestors in common.
Relationship finder has us as 7th cousins through our 6th GreatGrandfather Charles Michel Leduc-53 (1722-1793). We have a Gedmatch of 7.8 cm and we now have 200 ancestors in common with relationship to me.
Pierre Sauve is our 7th GGF and Barbe Beauvais is our 8th Great Grandmother whom I have an MTDNA match to.
