Patrick Savage was born in County Tipperary, Ireland.
He was transported aboard the "Earl St. Vincent", leaving Cork, Ireland on 29 April 1823 and arriving on 9 September 1823 at Sydney Cove, New South Wales, 'Under the command of Peter Reeves and surgeon Robert Tainsh on her third convict voyage, she left Cork, Ireland on 29 April and arrived in Sydney on 9 September 1823. She embarked 157 male convicts and one convict died during the voyage. Earl St. Vincent departed Port Jackson on 16 October 1823, bound for Batavia.' [1]
He married Caroline Crump in 1836 Sydney, New South Wales, Australia[2] . There were no children from this marriage.
Patrick died on 14 October 1849 in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia[3]and is buried at the St Matthew's Catholic Cemetery, Windsor, New South Wales, Australia[4].
