Biography

Charles was born in 1858. He is the son of Francis Savage and Maria Wilkin.

Charles was raised in Whitwell, England by his parents and is found there in the 1871 census. [1]

He is found married and living with his growing family and his brother Stephen in 1881. [2]

1911 finds Charles as Police Sargent living with 6 of his children. [3]
