Johnny Savage is a part of US Black heritage.

Johnny was born before 1835. He died after 1841. He is the second man named "Johnny" in this list.

He was enslaved by Mary Anderson Wallace Savage and her daughter, Mary Wallace Savage Nuttall Jones, of Savannah, Chatham County, Georgia.[1][2]

He later became a slave of William B Nuttall, husband of Mary Wallace Savage Nuttall Jones. Johnny was on El Destino Plantation in 1835 when Nuttall took out a mortgage using Johnny and other slaves as collateral. [3][4]

In the 1841 estate inventory for Mary Anderson Wallace Savage, his full appraised value was $150.00, and his half value $75.00.
