Biography

Emilia was born on 22 September 1830 and baptized a few months later in Opelousas, Louisiana. She was the daughter of Pierre Savant Jr and Lucille Fontenot. [1] [2]

She married Jean Baptiste Philemon Bacon on 16 April 1849 in Opelousas. [3] [4]

She died in 1880. [5] [6]
