He married his wife, Florence, in 1892. At the 1900 census they were living in Millcreeek, Salt Lake City, Utah. along with their daughter Jessie I. Saville (age 7), Evern E. Saville (age 5) and Owen C. Saville (age 2), all born in Utah. [3] Ernest's occupation was "day laborer".
According to the census of 1930, he was living with his wife, Florence May Hansen Saville, and their son Spencer E. Saville in Salt Lake City, Utah. [4]
He passed away on 05 March 1948 in Murray, Salt Lake City. [5]
