1861 NB "Emily", age 54; with James 60 born NS; at Shippegan, both then Church Of Scotland. Also known as "Milly".
Eldest son born before the marriage. Of the marriage issued one daughter, Esther, and six or more sons, between 1827-1847.
Amelia Sawyer died after the 1861 census and before the 1871 census.[1]
