Biography

John Joseph Saxon was born in about 1869 in St Helens, Lancashire. He was the son of John Saxon and Janes (Heyes) Saxon. He was christened on 26 Dec 1869 at St Peter's Church in Parr, St Helens.

John married Phoebe Ann Morris on 20 Sep 1890 at St Peter's in Parr. He was 21, she was 19. Neither had been married before. Their fathers were named as John Saxon and William Morris.
