- The case of Burton D Saxton vs Lena Saxton for divorce was heard before Judge Fries, Monday. Burton and his wife lived in Toledo and he states that she resented his requests to cut our her dancing, roller skating and the like and to stay at home a part of the time. The last time he talked to her about it, she packed up her things and left. Since then he came to Wood County.
