DEATH REPORT. Private news has been received by Mr G. H. Scales, of Lower Hutt, of the death from enteric fever of his son Arthur. The late Mr Scales was a member of the 1st Reinforcements. He was attacked with fever at the Dardanelles and was removed to Oxford Hospital, where he died. This is the second son lost to Mr Scales through the war, Mr Jack Scales having been killed in action, while his third son, Mr Athol Scales, is now Iaid up in London suffering from malaria.
