Tabitha was born in 1639, daughter of Col Edmond Scarborough-57 and Mary Littleton-58.[2]

Specific birth date, 30 May 1639, and place, Accomack County, Virginia Colony, is reported, without evidence or citation.[citation needed]

Marriages

Tabitha married four times. born 1639, daughter of Col Edmond Scarborough (Scarborough-132) now merged into Col Edmond Scarborough-57 and Mary Littleton (Littleton-78) now merged into Mary Littleton-58.[2] She married 4 times: 1) c. 1653 John Smart, 2) c. 1672 Deveraux Brown, 3) c. 1681 Major General John Custis, 4) 1696 Col. Edmond (or Edward) Hill.[1]

Tabitha (Scarborough) Smart Brown Custis Hill had only two children, one with John Smart and one with Devreaux Brown:[1]
