In 1841, 1 year old Eliza was living in Freckenham, Suffolk with her parents and siblings. Her father was working as agricultural laborer and her mother was keeping house and caring for their 7 children.
In 1851, 14 year old Eliza was living in Eramosa, Wellington, Ontario, Canada with her parents and siblings.[3]
In 1871, 32 year old Eliza was living in Mulmur, Simcoe, Ontario with her husband and children.[6]
In 1880, 41 year old Eliza was living in Saint Vincent, Kittson, Minnesota with her husband and children. Her husband was working as a laborer.[7]
Eliza died on August 8, 1887 in Pembina, Pembina, North Dakota, United States aged 47.[2]

I found a note on ancestry that warned that there were two seperate couples named Henry and Eliza Nelson. Be careful not to confuse the two. If you see I have made a mistake, please correct it.
I changed her last name at birth from "Unknown" to Scarrow based on her children's records listing her maiden name.
