Eva and Frank had no known children

Eva Schaefer was the adopted daughter of John P Schaefer and Anna Schmitt. Per Terry Miller, from his book From Langenfeld to Johnsburg, on Page 160: Eva's birth parents were John TRAY and Eva JACOBS, she was baptized at St Vincent Ferrer Catholic Church of New York.

NOTE: Eva may have been one of the many orphan train children, who came west by train from New York and were adopted into a family or became a foster child of the family
