Frederick was born in Jun 1753 in Peekskill, Westchester, New York Colony. He fought in the American Revolution.

He married Mary Purrine.

He died on 17 May 1860 in Berkshire, Tioga, New York. He was buried in Brown's Settlement Cemetery.[1]
