Lawrence Eugene Schauer was the oldest of five children of Adam Aloysius Schauer (Friday, May 28, 1947 - Saturday, May 10, 1913) and Philomena Marie Keppler (Tuesday, February 20, 1855 - Monday, July 2, 1940). He was born on Tuesday, February 2, 1875 in Pittsburgh, PA. Lawrence married Lucy Maria Keenan in 1900. The 1910 U. S. Census identifies his occupation as a teamster who drives wagons. Later censuses identified him as a bricklayer. Lawrence entered Presbyterian Hospital on Thursday, November 18, 1943 for treatment for bilateral bronchopneumonia. On the fourth day his condition worsened and he passed away on Monday, November 22, 1943. He is interred at Christ Our Redeemer Cemetery in Section E, Lot 158, Space 1.
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Lawrence by comparing test results with other carriers of his ancestors' Y-chromosome or mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share DNA with Lawrence:
