Biography
Frances C. Schauer was born on Friday, September 10, 1880, the second daughter and middle child of five born to Adam Aloysius Schauer (Friday, May 28, 1947 - Saturday, May 10, 1913) and Philomena Marie Keppler (Tuesday, February 20, 1855 - Monday, July 2, 1940). She married John M. Howley in 1900 in Pittsburgh, PA. John was a road supervisor and inspector for Allegheny County.
They had five children:
Martin C. Howley (Sunday, November 13, 1904 - Saturday, April 20, 1974)
John Justin Howley (Saturday, May 1, 1915 - Sunday, March 12, 1989)
William Edward Howley (Friday, December 1, 1916 - Tuesday, November 24, 1987)
Cecilia Frances Howley Hasley (Saturday, September 14, 1918 - October 10, 1992)
Joseph Howley (Monday, July 20, 1925 - Thursday, July 2, 2009)
Frances passed away on Thursday, June 8, 1944 from chronic myocarditis. She is interred at St. Marys Cemetery in Lawrenceville in Section N, Lot 238, Lot 8.
