The record does not list the husband's name.[3] There are birth records for the Lasz family in Stahl am Tarlyk birth records with a mother named Maria Catharina Römer starting in 1837, who cannot be the same person as the birth records continue past 1843 (the death of Catharina Scheurer Pfeil Römer.
