Note: This is a baptism of a child named Peter Schenck, the names of his parents are unknown, but it says father is a rider under (serving) the Prince of Orange. Now looking at the scan, the father is named' Joncker' Schenck, but this probably is just his title (Squire), anyway, at least it proves there indeed was a child named Peter Schenck baptized in Amersfoort and his father was serving the Prince of Orange (he was a rider). So maybe his father was this Martin Peterse Schenck van Nydeggen ? Timmerman-225 14:02, 12 May 2016 (EDT)

@ Carrie , Long story but see bio, and the info at Martin Peterse Schenck and see Johannes Schenck and the info added there ...hope it makes it a bit more clear
According van der Dussen some Schenck (van Nydeggen) children were baptized in Amersfoort, this was the link of the NNS Schencks and why it was said their ancestors were from the famous Schenck van Nydeggen family.
According William J. Hoffman, because there were no baptisms found in Amersfoort by him of any of the Schenck (van Nydeggen) children (so the ones van der Dussen mentioned) according William J. Hoffman it probably was just a fraude and he 'exposed' it as a fraudulent lineage because of this....but...as you can see there really were some Schenck children baptized, their father was a squire (Joncker) and soldier (rider for the Prince of Orange, unfortunately his actual first name and the name of his wife and mother of these children isn't mentioned...but it looks like perhaps these were the baptisms van der Dussen found and mentioned ...
Added siblings and Unknown Joncker (=squire or noble man) Schenck father..who since his title Joncker Schenck and occupation, rider under the prince of Orange, maybe could be a son of Peter Schenck van Nydeggen.
According sources there were Schenck children (NNS immigrants) that were born in Amersfoort and were assumed to be members of the Schenck van Nydeggen family. So maybe these are. Working on some research notes and added it to the Unknown Joncker Schenck Profile, used a recycle Unknown for the time being..
Hello William, Boda located on the Island of Oland is NOT in the Netherlands. It is just off the lower eastern edge of Sweden. Maybe someone could prove his existence IF they looked in Sweden. Just a thought. I hope this will help locate him in his proper birthplace.
