Emil Walter Julius Schiller was born on 3 July 1900 at Pittsville, Wood county, Wisconsin. He was a son of August Schiller and Marie Fondek.
Emil married Mayme Fritsch on 26 May 1924 at Pittsville. They had two children, Gaylord Walter and Florence Mae. Mayme died on 13 June 1930, six days after the birth of Florence.
Emil married a second time, to Geneva Siebenhaar on 4 November 1931 in Wood county, Wisconsin. They had five children.
Emil died on 29 August 1982 at Appleton, Outagamie county, Wisconsin.[1][2] He was buried in Saint Johns Cemetery, Pittsville, Wood county, Wisconsin.[3]
