Antone "Andy" Schmidt (Schmid) (1846 – 1 Feb 1896), b. Germany; m. Annie E. Graf (1859–1938) 14 Sep 1880, in Louisville; worked as a tailor in Lafayette, Indiana, before moving to Louisville around 1874; worked as a bookbinder at G. H. Dietz & Co. from 1875-1896; lived at 2309 W. Market Street in 1896; d.
