Research Notes

On Familysearch's page for Johann Konrad,, Johann's father is Johann Konrad Schnabel I, and his mother is Anna Margaretha Elisabetha Lautner. It appears this page was based on information from a source, referred to below in the biography, that I am unable to examine at this time,

Johann's christening records,, on the other hand, identify his mother as Catarina, and familysearch has linked that to Anna Catarina Hummel, .

These sources should be examined to determine which set of parents is most consistent with the evidence.
