Biography

He married the sister of what would become his brother Moses' wife from the Clemes family. Shortly after marriage, moved to a farm a little east of what is now Kitchener, Ontario (although it is probably incorporated within city limits nowadays). This farm passed to his son Joseph, although Jacob stayed there until his death.

Buried at the First Mennonite Cemetery in Kitchener, Ontario.
