No marriage records have been found for Augustus and his first wife Theresa. The marriage date for his first wife comes from their divorce record.[1] However, on the 1910 census,[2] Augustus is listed as single (though this could be a mistake) and living with his parents and daughter Lillian (listed as his parents' adopted daughter), while Theresa has not been found on the 1910 census under her maiden name or her married name. I have looked for marriage records for Augustus with Theresa in Michigan, as well as Windsor (Ontario), Ohio (particularly in Lucas County, OH), and Chicago (IL). - Emily 14:25, 28 September 2018 (UTC)
