Biography

Christine was born in 1801. She passed away in 1886.

Many will learn with regret of the death, at Kelly's Plains, of Mrs. Lasker, the mother of Mr. Conrad Fuchs, at the ripe age of 85 years. Mrs. Lasker left Germany in 1854, arriving in this colony in 1855. Ever since that period the deceased has resided near Armidale, rearing up a numerous family of descendants, including great grandchildren.

Mrs. Lasher lived at Mr. Dangar's for 11 years, and subsequently at Mr. Fuchs' well-known farm at Kelly's Plains, and much sympathy is evinced at her demise.[1]
