Antjen was born to Jacobus Schoonmaker and his wife, Maria Roosekrans. She was baptized 1733 Mar 4 with her aunt, Margrita Schoonmaker, and her aunt's husband, Moses de Pue junior, as witnesses ^[1].

Antje was married 1750 Mar 3 to Ephraim Depue ^[2]. With her husband, she witnessed the baptism of Ephraim Van Wagenen ^[3].
