Biography

Records of the Moravians in North Carolina 5 Apr 1797. Yesterday Peter Schor and Maria Susanna Ritter were married by a justice of the peace in Bethania. Today they moved into our neighborhood [Bethabara], to the former Ackermann farm.

Records of the Moravians in North Carolina 7:3156. December 26, 1811. The festal days ended with a gemeinstunde, during which the widowed Br. Peter Schor was married to the widowed Sr. Christina Krause, in the presence of a large congregation. Dec. 27. Br. Peter Schor took his wife to his farm, whither Br. and Sr. Kluge accompanied them. In the afternoon there was the first snow of the winter.
