Biography

christened on 18 Jan 1830 Immigrated to the USA in 1864. He served in the Union Army with Company I, Regiment 12 New Jersey Volunteers from October 1864 to July 1865.

1900 census cites that he was a harness maker. Son Philip lived at home and was also a harness maker.
