Carl was born in Denmark in 1837.

Death

On 6 April 1916 Carl Wilhelm Schreiber passed away, aged 79. [4]

Carl is buried in plot 41, Row 25, Block: Section 4 at the Presbyterian Cemetery, Tauranga. [5]

His handwritten will dated 22 November 1913 (attached) [6] left his estate to his executors, the two sons Henry and Andrew, farmers at Oparau. And leave my so called wife a living in either of my houses in Edgecumbe Road, Tauranga until such times as she cohabits or gets married.
