Biography

He is the son of William Schreiber and Mary Sewell. Born Oct 1788, privately baptized. Recorded in Gillingham, Norfolk (see image).

Death (unsourced) Ancestry family tree: "Stung by Adder, Brockenhurst, 1824". Father's gravestone has a memorial for Henry, third son, "died at Bath".

Will proved 1824 (see image) names brothers William and George and sister Elizabeth. Inexplicably omitted are brothers John Charles (his father's heir, a good reason?) and Thomas (George's twin, an Anglican Minister who would go on to sire 15 children).
