William Shoults/Shults was born in 1828, in Missouri, a son of James Shoults and Sarah Green. William and his wife, Elizabeth (born in Kentucky) are found on the United States Census of 1860, living in Richland Township, Washington county Arkansas with five children, ages 4-10. [1]
William passed away in 1871.
