Biography

Swan Schuyler married Arent Schuyler. Swan is named in the DAR Patriot record of Arent Schuyler, who was a member of the committee of correspondence in Bergen County during the American Revolution. [1]

Research Notes

Swan was named for her paternal grandmother and she is listed near the top of the list of children in her father's will, so she is guesstimated to have been born in the first few years of her parents' marriage. This does, however, make her somewhat old to be married for the first time in 1772. Smith-62120 00:45, 27 July 2022 (UTC)
