  • I was born in Kenmore, Erie Co., N.Y. At that time, my family was living on the second floor of my grandfather Raymond's house, at 59 Kenmore Ave. We lived there until my father was transferred to Rochester, N.Y., by the company he worked for, Rawleigh Cigarettes. We never did move back to Buffalo, N.Y. again.
  • My maternal grandfather, Raymond L. Schuyler, is buried at a family lot, at Mount Hope Cemetery, Lot-256-Range 8, Rochester, Monroe Co., N.Y.

<notes/>

  • My mother's mother died before I was born. Raymond married a second time, but that wife died before I was born. Raymond married his third wife, after we had moved to Rochester, N.Y., and I don't believe I ever saw her personally.
