Biography

Evelyn was born in 1913 to Jeno Schwartz and Stella Klein. She was an author, lecturer, patron of the arts, philanthropist, Arctic explorer and psychotherapist.

Marriages

She married Bil Britton in 1932^[1] and they divorced in 1936.

She then married Vilhjalmur Stefansson in 1941. He died in 1962.^[2]

She married John Nef in 1964. He died in 1988.

Death

Evelyn died in 2009.^[3][4]
